Now being in our own head seems to be a negative thing but being mindful is supposed to be very positive. The question is: How do we walk that fine line and what the heck is the difference!

Today I'm bringing in a mindfulness expert to help us figure this out! Bruce Langford is a mindfulness coach who helps his clients feel more grounded so that they have less stress and anxiety. He's also the host of the super popular podcast Mindfulness Mode.
