        A healthy body fat range is unknown, and having more muscle tissue does not burn more calories at rest but rather more calories in motion.

        The more muscle mass we have, the healthier bones and muscles will be.

     A large muscle mass doesn't necessarily burn more calories at rest, but when you move, you burn more calories from glycogen, carbohydrates, and other sources.
