One of my breakthrough moments as a coach was when I realized that I needed to ask my clients to give up more control to me for their overall health and wellness game plan. I just wasn't making the impact that I knew was possible with just an hour per week personal training session.
This week I'm chatting with a fitness pro that had a very similar journey as a coach!
Debbie Potts has been in the fitness industry for over twenty-five years and she's been a competitive endurance athlete for twenty years. Along her journey, she has accomplished many goals including being nominated as one of the top one hundred best trainers in the U.S. by Men’s Journal in 2004 and 2005 as well as participating in fifteen Ironman Triathlons.
Debbie’s passion and purpose now is to help transform the WHOLE Athlete, of all levels, to learn how to become a fat burner, get off the blood sugar roller coaster – and of course reduce stressors from the inside and out!
