Ali is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with a contagious passion for food as medicine and developing clinical protocols and virtual programs using nutrients and food as the foundation of treatment. Ali is also an expert in the Ketogenic Diet with over a decade of clinical results using a unique whole foods approach to a high fat low carb protocol. 

Ali also has an amazing podcast called Naturally Nourished and one of my favorite things about her show is that she provides a TON of science based information, but then she breaks it down and does an amazing job of explaining how we can actually take the information and implement it into our game plan and get real results.
