When was the last time your body felt really good? For some of us it has been a really long time and this week we are going to bring back our hope that we can actually feel like our bodies are thriving and my friend Cate Stillman is here to help us with that!
Cate leads a grassroots movement at Yogahealer.com, guiding people to thrive in their bodies and their lives since 2001. She guides the Yogahealer community into growth, based on a community-based leadership model. She is the author of the book Body Thrive, and will be releasing her second book, Master of YOU in 2020.
