Today my guest is Becca Shern. She is a Registered Dietitian, foodie, wellness nerd, recreational athlete, and mom. She started her company Minimal Wellness to help people find, navigate, and enjoy the simple path to optimal health. She wants to help people Eliminate the “junk” in their lives (foods, advice, stuff, excuses, distractions) and help us focus on the critical components of wellness, enabling us to be healthier, happier, and more fulfilled.
