A few weeks ago I got a Facebook message from an old friend of mine that has been a loyal Million Pound Mission podcast listener. Jeana is a former professional golfer that I was working with about eight years ago. A wrist injury forced her to leave the world of professional golf and she entered the corporate business world where she is now the director of global learning and talent development for Cook Medical. As many of us have experienced, a transition like this will bring some lifestyle changes and healthy routines can be easily lost. Since Jeana moved from being a pro athlete to being a business professional she has experienced several rounds of weight gain with intermittent attempts at weight loss to the tune of being about 70 lbs heavier than she was when I was first working with her as a pro athlete.
